According to Korean media reports, Samsung said in the first quarter earnings conference call that the 3nm yield problem has been solved, and the 3nm GAA process will be mass produced in the second quarter.
The vice president of Samsung Semiconductor OEM Division said that it is expected that the semiconductor OEM market will continue to be in short supply in the second quarter.
