STC expands its 5V operational amplifier product series to optimize power supply and signal conditioning performance

Time:2022-10-14 Views:1556
A high-performance two-way operational amplifier has been added to the 5V product series of STC. The gain bandwidth (GBW) of the new product TSV782 is 30MHz, and the input offset voltage (typical value) is 50 µ V. It can achieve high-speed and high accuracy signal conditioning.
The minimum working voltage of TSV782 is 2.0V, which can still operate normally after the battery is deeply discharged, thus prolonging the working time of smoke alarm and other equipment. The operating current of each amplifier is only 3.3mA, which helps designers maximize the application energy consumption budget and support richer functions, such as innovative intelligent functions and wireless connections. In addition, the 2.0V minimum operating voltage also allows the op amp to use the same power rail as the low-voltage logic device, simplifying system design and reducing bill of materials costs.
The TSV782 is equipped with rail to rail input and output, and the maximum slew rate is 20V/µ s. It belongs to the high-performance rail to rail operational amplifier series of STC. This series also includes a TSV772 with a gain bandwidth of GBW 20MHz, a maximum slew rate of 13V/µ s, and a 50MHz TSV792 with a working current of 5.5mA per circuit. Other operational amplifiers of STF Semiconductor include TSV7722 and related products. The low rail input stages of these products have been optimized and are particularly suitable for low side current measurement of power conversion systems.
configuration. The high accuracy of the 5V operational amplifier series of STC allows designers to develop circuits without fine-tuning or calibration on the production line, thus saving expensive external components, such as precision resistors and potentiometers. At a maximum temperature of 125 ° C, the maximum input bias current of the new product TSV782 reaches 300pA, enabling analog circuits using high impedance sensors or transimpedance amplifiers to achieve accurate signal conditioning performance.
The TSV782 is now in mass production. The packages include SO-8, MiniSO-8 and 2mm x DFN8. 2mm, of which DFN8 is the smallest package in the industry.
