According to the Hubei Daily, Tianma Microelectronics, CSOT and BOE have invested more than 150 billion yuan in Wuhan and built five panel production lines, accounting for about 10% of the domestic panel production capacity; 1 production line under construction.
New display is the key industry of Wuhan. Among the major municipal projects in Wuhan in 2022, many related projects are listed, including the module plant 2 of the 6th generation flexible LTPS-AMOLED display panel production line project of Wuhan Huaxing Optoelectronics, the expansion project of Wuhan‘s advanced thin-film transistor LCD TFT-LCD180K, and the expansion project of the 6th generation semiconductor new display device production line.
Among them, the first exposure machine equipment of TCL Huaxing Semiconductor‘s new display device production line expansion project was moved in August this year, marking the project‘s official transition from plant construction to equipment installation and commissioning.
