D2030

    D2030 is a single chip low-frequency AB class amplifier integrated circuit, with a typical output power of 14W (THD=0.5%, VS=± 14V, RL=4 Ω); When using ± 14V dual power supply or 28V single power supply, the output power of a 4 Ω load can reach 12W, and the output power of an 8 Ω load can reach 8W.
    The D2030 circuit has a high output current and low harmonic distortion, and has various protection functions such as load short circuit protection, overheating protection, and safe working area protection, making it particularly suitable for assembling high-performance power amplifiers.
    The D2030 circuit is packaged in TO220B5 packaging form.
