CST4812 is a dual N-channel fast switching Mosfet with BVDSS=30V, RDSON=23mΩ, and ID=6A. Provide SOP8 packaging.
The CST4812 is the high performance complementary N-ch and P-ch MOSFETs with high cell density, whichprovide excellent RDSON and gate charge for most of the synchronous buck converter applications .
