TP4055C

    TP4055C is a complete single cell lithium battery charger, compatible with charging currents ranging from 30mA to 600mA. Adopting trickle, constant current, and constant voltage control, the SOT23-5 package and fewer external components make TP4055C an ideal choice for portable applications. TP4055C is suitable for working with USB power supplies and adapter power supplies.
    Due to the use of an internal PMOSFET architecture and an anti reverse charging circuit, there is no need for external detection resistors and isolation diodes. Thermal feedback can automatically adjust the charging current to limit the chip temperature during high-power operation or high ambient temperature conditions. Full charge voltage 4.2V/4.35V/4.4V. The charging current can be set externally through a resistor. When the battery reaches the preset voltage and the charging current drops to 1/10 of the set value, TP4055C will automatically terminate charging.
    When the input voltage (AC adapter or USB power supply) is removed, TP4055C automatically enters a low current state, and the battery leakage current is at 1 μ Below A. Other features of TP4055C include undervoltage lockout, automatic recharging, input overvoltage protection, and a pin for indicating charging status.

    Note: Connecting Vcc to RS 1Ω dissipation resistor can obtain a larger charging current and improve the reliability of the entire machine. The resistance value is selected according to the actual situation (0.5-1Ω).
