IP6520T

    IP6520T is a step-down converter with integrated synchronous switch, supporting multiple output fast charging protocols, Type-C output, and USB PD2.0/PD3.0 (PPS) protocol, providing a complete solution for car chargers, fast charging adapters, and intelligent plug ins.
    IP6520T has a built-in power MOS, with an input voltage range of 7.3V to 32V and an output voltage range of 3V to 12V. It can provide a maximum output power of 30W and can automatically adjust the output voltage and current according to the recognized fast charging protocol. Typical output voltage and current are 5V/3A, 9V/2.22A, 12V/1.67A.
    The PD output of IP6520T has CV/CC characteristics. When the output current is less than the set value, it enters CV mode and the output voltage remains constant; When the output current is greater than the set value, it enters CC mode. As the output current increases, the output voltage decreases.
    The output voltage of IP6520T is equipped with wired compensation function. When the output current increases, the output voltage will be correspondingly increased to compensate for the voltage drop caused by the impedance of the connecting line.
    IP6520 has a soft start function, which can prevent the impact current during startup from affecting the stability of the input power supply.
    The IP6520T supports Type-C interface output and integrates various fast charging protocols. It can automatically identify the fast charging protocols supported by the output end access device through CC1/CC2 or DP/DM, and then automatically adjust the output voltage and current. The fast charging protocols supported by IP6520T include DCP (Apple and BC1.2), Qualcomm QC2.0/QC3.0/QC3+, Huawei Fast Charging Protocol FCP, and Samsung Fast Charging Protocol AFC (MAX 12V),
    IP6520T supports USB PD2.0/PD3.0 (PPS) output protocol.
    IP6520T has multiple protection functions, including input overvoltage and undervoltage protection, output overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit protection, and other functions.
    The IP6520T adopts ESOP8 packaging.
