IP2312U Synopsis:
IP2312U is a 5V input IC that supports single lithium battery synchronous switch step-down charging management.
IP2312U integrated power MOS adopts a synchronous switching architecture, which requires very few peripheral devices during application and effectively reduces the overall size of the solution, thereby reducing BOM costs.
The working frequency of the IP2312U boost switch charging converter is 750KHz, with a maximum charging current of 3A and 5V input. The conversion efficiency of 3.7V/2A is 94%; The charging current can be set through an external resistor.
The input voltage of IP2312U is 5V, and the input can intelligently adjust the charging current to prevent the adapter from hanging.
IP2312U adopts ESOP8 packaging.
